Come for the day or stay overnight in our brand new 8000 square foot facility. With 45 runs and suites, our one of a kind Beach Club, and many other special features, your pet becomes one of the family and will receive the utmost personal care and attention.
- All kennels are Indoor/Outdoor with isolation panels between each run

Standard Run/Kennel: Each run is 4x4 on the inside and 4x10 on the outside. These runs are a comfortable fit for almost every size dog.
Deluxe Suites: These oversized suites come with their own hammock bed and are great for the bigger dog or multiple occupants.
VP Suites: These vacation package suites are the ultimate in space, home-style comfort, and down right doggie appeal. All 7 are adorably decorated in a different vacation theme. There is the African Safari Room complete with a leopard skin floor rug (faux, of course), the Viva Las Vegas suite with poker chips and fuzzy dice, A Caribbean getaway, Gone Camping adventure room, The wonderful World of Disney, A côte de Paris, and of course, a beautiful terrace room with a view down in Mexico.
Each suite is huge and can fit multiple dogs of the same family.
The best feature is that not only does each suite have a covered outdoor run, like all of our other kennels, but your pet will also have unlimited access to an outside, grass play yard. There is nothing closer to being at home than being able to go in and outside as you please. Your pet will love the freedom included in this fantastic kennel

K9 Country Club is also cat friendly. Our Brand New Jungle Room is chalk full of stimulation for your kitty complete with a running water fountain and piped in jungle music.
Each cat will have it's very own, spacious, two-story kennel with their own litter box separate from their eating and sleeping area.
Our feline guests will have plenty of free time during the day to relax, stretch out in the sunshine, or talk to Pete, the repeat, parrot

Boarding Charges & Requirements:
Charges begin on the day of drop off, regardless of time. Pick-ups by 12:00pm will not be charged for that day. Pick-ups after 12:00pm will be charged for a full day. We accept Payment by cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Master Card/Discover)
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED AND Vet Records MUST be checked in advance. A 10% deposit is required for regular reservations BUT a 50% deposit will be required for all Holiday reservations. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance EXCEPT for holiday reservations, which need to be canceled 30 days or more in advance. Cancellation of Holiday reservation or a decrease in the amount of days reserved less than 10 days in advance will result in full payment for days originally reserved. Holidays include but are not limited to ALL 3-Day weekends, Christmas, Spring Breaks, Thanksgiving, & New Years.
Some major holidays will require a minimum number of days. Please call the Pro Shop for more details.
PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINATIONS AS DICTATED BY COMAL COUNTY OR SAN ANTONIO WILL BE REQUIRED.Current Rabies and Canine Cough vaccines are necessary! ALL SHOTS MUST BE CURRENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL!!!!!!
Early Pick Up:If you will not need all of the days you reserved, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required, Otherwise you will be charged for the next day. This does not apply to holidays.
Your Pet's Personal Possessions:
Although we will try, we do not guarantee the safe and clean return of any of your pet's personal items brought during their stay. Please limit the number of items you bring along, and label each one with your last name & the pet's name. With that in mind, try not to bring their most valuable item or your prized possession. Stick to items you may consider disposable since it may not come back all in one piece.
