Well we're trying it again! Last year when we bred these two dogs, my timing was off and for some reason, Shine produced only one puppy. She is of course, one PERFECT puppy, but without others to compare to, I wanted to repeat the breeding to try for a full litter this time. So far things are progressing nicely. It looks like we may have a few on April 11th.
We are very excited about this future litter. Shine is a strong working dog, and has a fantastic personality. I wanted to compliment both her style and looks. I love the foxy style border collie and I know Dan's features will combine nicely with Shine's.
I breed border collies for work ability, athleticism, temperament and personality. I try to place each pup in a working or performance home. Our collies can do herding, agility, obedience, frisbee, dock diving, and flyball. They work hard and play harder. They enjoy life and are well adjusted. I believe Dan's line will be a great addition to the whirlwind kennels.
